With the welcome of Spring LoveSac is welcoming our new line. This line is nothing like you have seen in the past and is by far the sexiest we have ever produced. The line is a vintage inspired line, inspired by the mid-century age of  the ad man from Madison Avenue, this mid-century styled line of Sacs and Sactionals is unlike any other we have ever created.  Designed from the ground up, the colors, the fabrics, and the details on this beautiful line are more sophisticated and refined than any in the past.  Using a combination of vintage velvets in vibrant home-dec colors and a neutral classic neutral tweed, we have demonstrated that LoveSac has come a long way from its days of vinyl Sacs to take to the drive-in movies.  LoveSac is a designer alternative to lame furniture.

This season we are introducing two new fabrics with our Classic Tweed and Vintage Velvet.

Classic Tweed is not made from wool. And it has absolutely nothing to do with Scotland. Classic Tweed is the epitome of classic American mid-century fashion and furniture. It is not a hunting jacket.  As tempting as it may be, do not try to put it onLoveSac furniture covers, even ones this stylish, are made to dress up your living room, not your wardrobe. Furniture wearing these Tweed Covers seems tighter, crisper, stiffer (in a good way) and more tailored. It is a thick, tight weave bonded to a woven backing for extra loft.  It is at its finest when paired with a cup of black coffee or a highball of scotch, but never with tea and biscuits.  Used as the base fabric beneath accents of its mistress, Vintage Velvet, LoveSacs Classic Tweed is as smooth as it gets.

This velvet is not your 1970s leisure suit fare, but a modern day inspiration straight out of mid century American era of classic design, tailored tweed suits, hats, overcoats and sofas as works of art. Sit on it or just stand there and look at itVintage Velvet is as lovely to behold as it is comfortable to sit on.  Easy on the eyes, Vintage Velvet is just as easy on the environment.  Woven in part from sustainable bamboo fibers, it has a natural, fibrous-stranded look beneath its vibrant iridescent velvety sheen.  The color palette takes cues from the dresses in the secretary pool and only further reinforces the aesthetic of the period, making it a great accent for our rough-hewn, Classic Tweed. There are no floral patterns, no stripes and no matching drapes  just a simple, elegant, surprisingly durable fabric wrapped around the greatest furniture creations on the planet.

Along with the amazing new fabrics we are introducing a new friend. Francis is our Spring Buck. He is made of  solid plywood. You can assemble him, paint him, decopauge him or do whatever you must to release your inner designer. Mount it above a sofa like a true trophy hunter, or mount it in a closet and use it as a tie or hat rack.  Mount it in your entryway with your favorite scarf wrapped around his neck just for style, or use it to fill that perfect space above the toilet that you dont know what to do with. Any way you use him, Francis makes a deer addition to your home décor.

And because we know you all love LoveSac packages. New for Spring are a few new packages.
